Signature House currently ships to the contiguous United States only.

Complimentary standard shipping is included on Signature House orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders requiring personalization are processed within 7–12 business days. Because Signature House merchandise is limited-run and carefully composed or curated, each order is packed with care prior to shipment.

Standard delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier conditions, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Expedited shipping may be available by request or at checkout for an additional carrier-calculated charge. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten processing or personalization time. If expedited shipping is requested, we will confirm whether the item is available for expedited fulfillment before shipment.

Meminio personalized products ship directly from Meminio in the United Kingdom. For Signature House customers, contiguous U.S. shipping, import duties, and applicable taxes are included in the price of Meminio memory case purchases. Signature House gift packaging and handwritten enclosure cards are not available for Meminio items.
