Processing & Shipping

Signature House currently ships to the contiguous United States only.

Complimentary standard shipping is included on Signature House orders of $125 or more shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders under $125 ship at a flat standard rate of $12. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders requiring personalization are processed within 7–12 business days. Because Signature House merchandise is limited-run and carefully composed or curated, each order is packed with care prior to shipment.

Standard delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier conditions, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Expedited shipping may be available by request or at checkout for an additional carrier-calculated charge. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten processing or personalization time. If expedited shipping is requested, we will confirm whether the item is available for expedited fulfillment before shipment.

Preorders
Preorder items have an estimated availability or shipping timeframe stated on the product page. Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production, supplier, transportation, or other circumstances outside Signature House’s control.

Orders containing preorder merchandise will be held and shipped once the complete order is available. Signature House does not split preorder orders into multiple shipments.

Once all items in the order are available, the order will be prepared and shipped in accordance with Signature House processing times.

Cancellation
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Meminio Products
Meminio products ship directly from Meminio in the United Kingdom. For Signature House customers, contiguous U.S. shipping, import duties, and applicable taxes are included in the price of Meminio memory case purchases. Signature House gift packaging and handwritten enclosure cards are not available for Meminio items. If there are any issues with a shipment, reach out to Meminio directly for assistance.

Any eligible return, exchange, cancellation, or order-related concern involving a Meminio product is handled directly through Meminio and is subject to Meminio’s terms and policies. Please contact Meminio at hello@meminio.com before returning any Meminio item.
