Eligible individual items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery. Bundled offerings must be returned complete; no partial returns or exchanges are permitted.
Shoe-Size Exchange
Shoes included in a bundled offering may be eligible for one size exchange, subject to availability.
Condition
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Final Sale
Merchandise marked Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase and before fulfillment,
personalization, customization, or special-order processing has begun and is not guaranteed. Contact hello@signaturehouse.co as soon as possible and include your order number.

Meminio products are produced, personalized where applicable, shipped, and serviced directly by Meminio in the United Kingdom.
