Substitutions
In the rare event a component arrives from our maker damaged or unavailable, we will substitute a comparable piece of equal or greater quality, chosen to preserve the look and fit. We will message you before shipping so you can approve the change or cancel.
Returns & Exchanges
Individual items not marked Final Sale may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with all tags and packaging intact.
Ensembles, Trousseaus, and Pairings return only as a complete set and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Individual components of a bundled set may not be returned separately. Shoes included in a bundled offering are eligible for one size exchange, subject to availability.
Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange. All returns require prior authorization — email hello@signaturehouse.co with your order number.
