Returns & Exchanges
Eligible individual items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Bundled Sets
Bundled sets must be returned complete and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Bundled sets and their components are not eligible for exchange. The only exception are shoes which may be eligible for one size exchange, subject to availability.

Condition
Returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, intact, and unaltered, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Final Sale
Merchandise marked Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase and before fulfillment,
personalization, customization, or special-order processing has begun and is not guaranteed. Contact hello@signaturehouse.co as soon as possible and include your order number.

Meminio Products
Meminio products are produced, personalized where applicable, shipped, and serviced directly by Meminio in the United Kingdom.

Any eligible return, exchange, cancellation, or order-related concern involving a Meminio product is handled directly through Meminio and is subject to Meminio’s terms and policies. Please contact Meminio at hello@meminio.com before returning any Meminio item.
