Processing: 3–5 business days; personalized orders 7–12.

Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on orders of $125 or more, contiguous U.S. only. Orders under $125 ship at a flat rate of $12.

Expedited: Available at checkout or by request; shortens transit time only.

RETURNS AT-A-GLANCE

Returns & Exchanges: Eligible individual items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Bundled Sets: Bundled sets must be returned complete and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Bundled sets and their components are not eligible for exchange. The only exception are shoes which may be eligible for one size exchange, subject to availability.

Condition: Returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, intact, and unaltered, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Final Sale: Merchandise marked Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase and before fulfillment, personalization, customization, or special-order processing has begun and is not guaranteed. Contact hello@signaturehouse.co as soon as possible and include your order number.
