Most orders are prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping. Ensembles with personalized components require up to 14 business days for processing.

Returns & Exchanges
Signature Trousseaus, Ensembles, and Pairings are final sale and are not eligible for return. Shoes included with a styled look may be eligible for one size exchange, subject to availability and original condition.

Items sold individually, outside of a bundled set, may be eligible for return within the stated return window. Hair accessories, socks, tights, swimsuits, personalized items, and special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Bespoke Orders & Change Requests
Signature Trousseaus, Ensembles, and Pairings are offered as complete styled sets with fixed curated components. If you are purchasing multiple sets that result in shoe or other component duplication, please contact the Signature House Concierge before placing your order. We will review the available options based on availability.

Product Substitutions
If a finishing piece becomes unavailable for a selected size, Signature House will reach out before fulfillment. Any substitution will be selected to preserve the look, palette, fit, and styling intent of the ensemble, and will be of equal or greater quality.
